When I was asked to write a review for this agency, I took it upon myself to make sure to let the World know what an amazing travel agency this is and how fantastic a trip you can have if you go by my words and choice.
Flamingo Destinations has been organising trips around the World for my family for as long as I can remember. The Agent, Mrs. Sonali Ghosh has been our travel agent for the past 10-15 years and what a ride has it been! She has organised our domestic as well as international tours for a decade now and she never fails to amaze us. She makes sure we don’t miss out on anything wherever we go. Our travel packages include the best of everything; be it meals, hotel accommodations, tourist attractions (domestic/ international), all kinds of visas, flight check-ins or arranging car rentals in any part of the world. Mrs. Ghosh goes out of her way to make sure her guests have the best experience, that their trip goes well, and that all their needs are met up to their expectations and standards. Her reach through various vendors across the globe is what blows my mind. Be it Switzerland, Singapore, Mumbai, or Goa, you can always count on her for everything and anything that you need, round the clock. Transportation by Mutukji was always prompt and comfortable in our exclusive Tempo Traveller , and the accommodations you selected were absolutely excellent – safe, clean, and well-located at all locations - Hotel Rewa in Leh, Hotel Misty Hills Cabins in Nubra & Pangong Lake.
We truly appreciated your attention to detail in every aspect, which allowed us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the experience without any logistical worries.
Safety was, of course, a top priority for our group, and we felt incredibly secure throughout the entire trip especially the way you handled the medical emergency of one of our group members in your characteristic super cool manner is surely praiseworthy.
Your careful selection of destinations, activities, and service providers instilled a strong sense of confidence. We were particularly impressed with your excellent local contacts of vendors, hotels & transport providers was 100% bang on !
The comfort factor was also exceptional. We truly appreciated your thoughtful touches like goodies bag on departure, complimentary bonfire arrangements at Nubra with music, dance & refreshments that made our journey so memorable.
We were so impressed with the entire experience & your personal attention to our smallest need , that we'd be delighted for you to use our feedback to showcase the quality of your services to future clients.

Many value added services like born fire, birthday celebration were arranged, which made the trip more exciting
All the stay were awesome
Stay at Leh in REWA Hotel was complete relax with good food & staff hospitality
One of us having low oxygen level, which was supported by Hotel staff & Sonali made arrangements for quick treatment & then everything went smoothly.
Stay at Nubra & Panong at Misty Hills was too good.Cotages were having glass rooftop were one can see stars lying on bed & in morning a clear beautiful sky
